Effluent Treatment

In addition to the supply of plants for electroplating, anodising and lacquering we also design and manufacture effluent treatment systems, thus providing a complete turnkey service to meet the needs and demands of current environmental legislation.

Our systems are based on a modular construction, with the selection of particular modules to suit the required application. Providing a flexible and cost effective solution to your effluent treatment requirements.

We can offer systems designed to treat the waste from existing plant lines in addition to new plants.

Full guarantees are provided for all plant supplied.

As well as complete treatment plants individual plant components are available, including solids removal, ion exchange, electrolytic recovery and evaporation.

Each plant module is assembled and wired in our works thus reducing the site installation time to a minimum, requiring only positioning, piping and final wire connections to be made on site.
