Mink Plating System

The Minik unit is a simple barrel plating system which can be used with a manual pre treatment line to provide an economic high capacity barrel plating facility.

The swing over barrel support arrangement avoids the necessity of additional hoist facilities.

The barrel cylinder, hangers, gears, guard and hopper are all constructed in polypropylene.
 

The process tank is constructed in 3mm mild steel plate lined with polypropylene.

Heating and cooling can be included to suit specific process involved.
